The Project and Technical Affairs Directorate was established in 2018 to meet the needs of the ever developing university campus in terms of maintenance, repair, and new projects. The maintenance repair unit and technical staff are organized within this directorate. The administrative staff consist of a civil engineer, mechanical engineer, and an electrical engineer; and the technical team consists of technicians and skilled experts of the field. The aims of the directorate include: conducting projects of buildings and facilities; preparing tender files and carrying out tenders; checking the construction and receiving the ones that are completed; carrying out maintenance and repair work of the university buildings, fixtures, technical equipment, water supply and distribution, and wastewater treatment; operating electrical and mechanical facilities; and other required maintenance and repair works.
