Also, she said the first Monday of October is celebrated as the World Children’s Day” with the decision of “the United Nations Children's Aid Fund”  in 1954.

The World Children's Day is celebrated with the aim of creating public opinion about the needs and problems of all children. She said that it is necessary to reveal the interests and needs of them.

Parlakyıldız pointed out the things that need to be done to have a healthy and happy life especially in the early childhood period of children. "The health of our children should be in the direction of increasing the quality of the right to play and live their real efforts," she said.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Parlakyıldız mentioned that the return on investments made in the first years of children's lives will be very high. All children's health, education and welfare conditions can be improved. We should accustom our children to express their thoughts and we need to get them to get used to defending their sincere belief, in turn, they should learn to respect the thoughts of others.

Parlakyıldız explained that studies should be done to increase the development potential of children. She emphasized the necessity of organizing activities on “child value awareness” to make the world egalitarian, safe, productive and sustainable place to live.

Finally, Parlakyıldız stated that it is important to have children who are educated by sensitive educators and conscious parents. She also said it is important to have a creative, innovative and entrepreneurial society, who is at peace and overviews themselves as part of the solution.
