The UK-based Times Higher Education (THE), renowned for its comprehensive annual ranking of the world’s leading universities, has released its 2025 rankings. Cyprus International University is proud to announce that we have been placed in the 601-800 band globally, reflecting our commitment to excellence in education, research, and innovation.

In the 2025 Times Higher Education (THE) Interdisciplinary Science Rankings, CIU has achieved remarkable positions: 1st in Cyprus, 7th in Türkiye, and 141st globally. Additionally, in the World University Rankings 2025 by Subject, CIU has been ranked 301-400 in Economics, 401-500 in Social Sciences, and 601-800 in Engineering. These rankings highlight our dedication to academic excellence, interdisciplinary research, and global impact.
