CIU is organizing the Annual Research Symposium
The Annual Research Symposium organized by Bioengineering and Biotechnology Research Center of Cyprus International University will be on June 15th Wednesday.
CIU-BRC Chief Advisor Prof. Dr. Mustafa Camgöz is the symposium organizer, and the invited speaker is from Istanbul Istinye University Molecular Cancer Research Center Director Prof. Dr. Engin Ulukaya who will deliver the opening speech and share information about new research methods in cancer studies.
Prof. Dr. Camgöz noted that in the symposium, which will include multidisciplinary initiatives in cancer, biotechnology and nanotechnology research, students will present the outcomes of their research followed by feedback on their studies.
Camgöz pointed out that their organization was different compared to the conventional organizations in that their aim was to create a medium for experts in their respective fields to exchange ideas with each other.
Prof. Dr. Camgöz stated that in addition to 14 oral presentations by doctoral students, postgraduate students will also make poster presentations at the symposium, adding that at the end of the event, two best oral presentations and two best poster presentations will be awarded.
The symposium will take place at the CIU Çevik Uraz Conference Hall and will be open to all scholars and scientists.
