NEW TRIAL ACCESS DATABASES

  • The AI-powered research platform Wonders will be available for a trial period on our campus from September 3 to October 2. This tool is designed to support research processes.
    You can try it now using your university email address, if you have an account, you can continue using it.

  • Hiperkitap is Türkiye's first and largest digital database, offering over 30,000 Turkish-language resources from more than 400 publishers, including Yapı Kredi, Yeditepe, İz, Siyasal Kitabevi, Tarih Vakfı, KODLAB, Literatür, and many more. It also features 100+ audiobooks across 35 categories, from literature and art to math and computer science.

    You can access content anytime, anywhere via web or mobile platforms. Features include note-taking, highlighting, copyright-compliant sharing, and printing. A newly updated mobile app is now available.

    Access for our university is available from September 15 to November 15.

Explore Ottoman Turkish with eOsmanlıca, a gamified platform offering 79 interactive lessons. Learn through quizzes, matching, and writing exercises, with certificates upon completion. Access on campus via institutional Wi-Fi or off campus using your university email.

MyLangPrep is a database designed for preparing for exams such as YDS, YÖKDİL, TIPDİL, PTE, IELTS, and TOEFL iBT, and for improving general English skills—especially speaking proficiency.

It also offers AI-powered software tools aimed at academics to enhance productivity and reduce workload, with continuous updates to support academic work.

All students and academic/administrative staff have unlimited trial access until October 31, 2025.

To register:

  • Visit https://mylangprep.com
  • Create an account using your institutional email address (ending in edu.tr or gov.tr)
  • Click the link in the confirmation email to activate your membership
  • After logging in, go to the top menu and select Access Options > Trial Access to activate all training modules

 

  • LibraryTürk is a multidisciplinary database offering access to over 12,000 Turkish-language books. It is available to our university on a trial basis until November 7.
    Users may download up to three books per day and enjoy offline access for 15 days.
    To register, simply use your university-affiliated email address.

The Legal Online Database is composed of two main platforms: Online Library and Legalbank.
Online Library: Provides access to digital versions of over 655 printed law books and more than 940 issues of 11 different law journals published by Legal Publishing. These digital copies are identical to the printed editions.

Legalbank: Offers online access to over 3,850,000 case law decisions, 56,000+ legislative documents, 43,600+ academic and practical articles, 14,800+ theses, 4,000+ petitions and legal documents, and 400+ reasoned decisions.

  • plagiX.ai is a web-based tool designed to detect whether texts have been generated by artificial intelligence. Developed with multilingual support and advanced algorithms, it provides reliable results. Users can upload documents in formats such as PDF, DOC, and DOCX; the system automatically extracts and analyzes the content, delivering results promptly.
    A trial access has been granted to our university until December 31, 2025. You may register using your university-affiliated email addresses (@ciu.edu.tr / @student.ciu.edu.tr).
